Surely easier to boot him out Summer maybe but I'm talking the here and now. There are things he can 'try' now that aren't rocket science to your average fan (and I suspect Woodwood) but seem like quantum mechanics to him.

It feels like both the Frenchies want an out but with Pogba being Eds cash cow and Martial being (supposedly) the type of player he wants ie young and talented with resale value they've got no chance which is why it's looking like Pogba at least is going down the cowardly route of trying to force a sale. Those comments he's made the last few weeks added to Railoas attack on Scholes aren't coincidence.

I think they are after a bigger wage packet, funny how it all started after we signed Sanchez.

Given he stays, we probably face an old question of his best position. Not because this is questionalbe but Ole seems to prefer a 4-2-3-1 without the free role on the left as a no. 8.
I'd say, if we get him reliable with defensive responsibilities, for example like he showed for France at the WC, he is definately better for us at the midfield base than as no. 10.
Give him a defensively strong partner in midfield, so he doesn't lose his creativity. Get a proper no. 10 in who shars the burden to create in the final third. So he can initiate attacks but still arrive in the box.
As we finally seem to be a pressing side and stay further up the pitch, the way into the box will be shorter for him from that midfield base that it was for example under the moaning one's defensive bullshit!

I think Pogba France is definitely different from Pogba United. Having Matuidi and Kante doing a lot of the dirty work meant that Pogba could express himself a little more and with having players like Mbappe and Griezmann making intelligent runs he could pick out those Hollywood balls. At United we don't have players intelligent enough to make those runs nor do we have players defensively astute enough to cover Pogbas deficiency in defense. If we could sign Bruno then things change. It would mean it would give other teams more to think about. It was easy enough for them last season. Snuff out Pogba and it snuffs out our creative side. With Bruno it would give us another outlet. The defensive side is still a worry. Matic looks like he's firmly in Oles plans. If that's the case then we're fecked. Wouldn't mind seeing Fred there. Still looks a little shaky but I still think once he's settled he will become an important player for us.

Pogba still not quashing those rumours he could be off to Madrid which is a big worry for the club. If he goes we're left with zero creativity and if he doesn't what's his attitude going to be?

After today's episode with his brother, I genuinely hope that Zidane is sacked this season, or by the start of next Summer window. It would make me happier than a laughing fat Larry.
