Even Piers Morgan is a fan of Neville. That says a lot.

Roy Keane went straight to Sunderland didn't he without any managerial experience. He had Niall Quinn as the chairman then. It's all about connection nowadays he went straight to sunderland and they where shite btw (though sunderland where still pretty bad anyway) and Sunderland is a pretty damn small club in comparison to Valencia its like Arsenal hiring Henry straight off the bat or us hiring Scholes randomly

Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink to become new QPR manager
he was manager of Burton Albion and Royal Antwerp so a bit of a step up this is
mind you he won promotion with them from league two last season and they're top of the table in league one, so he could be a quality find. What they need to focus on is being more a team and less of a cluster of good players

Garry Monk sacked by Swansea. Can't say that I'm shocked.

The game is ruthless, a bad period and your out.
Such as a shame that it's not gone for him this season as he's done a great job there with the resources available. He's a good manager and I don't suspect he'll be out of a job for long.

I'm not shocked because of all the talk in the media of late. Great season last term, not so great this one even though they're in the same position as the current champions. Moyes, Rodgers and Warburton in line apparently.

Still though after what's he's done for them, best win percentage, top finish last season it's a bit harsh.
They must have somebody lined up *cough* Rodgers.

They've been short with managers before. Stupid sacking though for me. Where do they think should be?

I think it's more about avoiding the drop than anything, they are a point above the relegation zone when really they should be in that 7-12 pack. Obviously don't feel that they can back Monk in Jan and him to keep them up.
If they do indeed get Rodgers which is the word on the street, then he comes into a club he knows well and they can keep the staff and all the rest of it in shape which would make sense. If he hadn't have had the offer from Liverpool he'd probably still be there now.

the Laudrup sacking was stupid, this was a bit more understandable in all honesty
Weren't they linked with Moyes, i mean Rodgers would be the better signing of course though, a lot of it is still his team.

Jose Mourinho sacked as Chelsea manager Chelsea have sacked manager Jose Mourinho seven months after he led them to the Premier League title. The 52-year-old Portuguese had been in his second spell at the club, taking charge in June 2013. Chelsea finished eight points clear last season and also won the League Cup, but have endured a terrible start to their defence, losing nine of their 16 league games so far. Mourinho's final match was Monday's 2-1 defeat at leaders Leicester City. Pep Guardiola, Guus Hiddink, Brendan Rodgers and Juande Ramos have all been touted as possible successors. SERIOUSLY
