I think José could end up at PSG - subject to how they perform in the Champions League seems to the key to keeping Laurent Blanc
It could be ironic if Chelsea now dump PSG out in the first Knock-out round ........
Musical Managers ........

I think the Glazers would rather sustain success than have it in splurts, which is why to contrary of many I don't think they'd go for Mourinho. If Moyes had made top 4 and sustained that he'd probably still be here today, it's not a club where, don't win a trophy you are out and a constantly revolving door.
At both appointments there were plenty of candidates to go for but they went with two men who have a known history for nurturing youth and developing players. None of which is Mourinho.
Even now this season we have been playing drab football and not getting the highest of results but the club have stuck with LVG because they know the good he is doing on the long term. The expectations of trophies in the immediate future right now is higher outside than in for me, if LVG puts us in a competitive position for the league and even doesn't win a trophy I'd say he'll be here next season. That is unless a manager who fits our etho's comes along.
We shall see, maybe we will hire that cunt but I'm keeping the faith.
As for the Pep at City, Klopp at Pool etc. oh no we're doomed for eternity, not a chance...

Didn't Fergie once say he could see Blanc coming back here as a manager?

Can't see it myself although Fergie did say it could happen I found he wasn't really impressive as French National coach - has a hard head and can fall out with players and for me he lacks presence and is not dynamic enough (like Moyes?). The French league is really not comparative and with the money PSG have thrown at players how could they not win it - nobody else can compete. Given the choice would rather have Giggs than Blanc.

Musical Managers ........ why would they be mad enough to sack Blanc, who has been really good with PSG and actually been stable

The guy lost an entire champions dressing room in the blink of an eye. Takes some fucking doing that. Buyer beware.
Wouldn't touch him with a barge pole till he's demonstrated he's learnt from this experience.

For what it's worth I'd rather stick with Van Gaal, at the very least until the end of the season. Would be stupid to sack him unless performances and results become really unbearable

Have Chelski named an interim manager yet? Let's face it. Who would be stupid enough to take that job? Who's high profile enough and available? Ancelloti would fit the profile but there's no way I can see him going back there. It's possible we see a lot of top managerial positions become available at the end of the season. Possible targets could be VG, Pellegrini, The fat Spanish waiter of of course at Bayern. Can't wait until next week when Pep will announce his intentions for the following seasons. So come on Santa. I've been a good boy. Well almost. OK not that good. OK I've been bad. Let's face it, I've been awful but I don't care. Bring us Pep and an Aston Martin Vantage if you're feeling really generous.

think Hiddink takes it till the end of the season then maybe a push for Simeone or Pep
Ancelotti would be stupid to go back to Chelsea after what they did to him (he was their best manager in recent memory other than Jose's first run, and he brought stability to that club) he should take the job with us, City or Bayern, all three clubs would treat him better (especially us and Bayern)

Mou's apparently keen on taking the job here.
