Alves could well be off to the States as well or somewhere for a wealthy retirement deal.
Bartra would be a better option for us as he is younger and cheaper.

Ross Barkley - 35 million + Adnan Januzaj on loan for a year (option to make it 2)
Saido Berahino - 25 million
Harry Kane - 40 million (get fucked if they want more)
John Ward Prowse - 20 million
Danny Ings - Free
John Stones - 20 million
Will Hughes - 15 million
Nathaniel Clyne - 15 million
Jordan Ibe - 5 million? (what is his price range)
Jack Butland - 8 million (in this scenario, De Gea stays, but the question is, for how long, we can groom Butland as the heir apparent in case De Gea does get lured by Real 'We buy everyone's players because we can' Madrid)
Out:
Angel Di Maria - 60 million (get our money back at least)
Robin Van Persie - 20-25 million (somewhere around there)
Nani - Whoever wants to take him (send him to China, just get his wages out of here)
Antonio Valencia - 10 million (its either him or Rafael, i believe in Rafael a bit more)
Anders Lindesgaard - 5 million (maybe its a bit ambitious to ask for so much)
Javier Hernandez - 20-25 million (we need to get a lot of money off of him, lets be honest, you see the prices above, for us to avoid FFP we would need a good fee here, meaning a bidding war, if PSG, Chelsea and Real Madrid are involved, you best believe they will start that)

(i know its a 4-4-2, but it won't be so simple)
oh and just going over that, the english sure love to overprice their players, some of them are worth half of that (Sterling, Barkley in particular)

£118m (ignoring the massive exaggerations in selling fees) net spend plus the £28m already committed on Memphis and the £102m still owed on players already here for the sake of having a worse squad once we're done...
