Yeah, it's all over the place.
Guess they don't like Maddison's price tag if they do go for it.
Let's see him holding the shirt before I stir.

Cross the Maddison/Grealish bridge when we come to it, neither are moving this window.

Probably would.
Maddison is too much atm but he is playing really well (we messed up not buying him originally from Norwich to be honest). For the price we'd pay for him i'd rather get Bruno to be honest.
Also we're looking at Issa Diop, not sure how i feel about that given how West Ham have been playing.

Apparently according to Castles it's up to United to get it over the line, they have a clear run to make it happen and Sporting are willing. So high probability it will happen.
Maybe.

Interesting Phil Brown (Pilip de Bruin) podcast re Poch. Poch apparently has stated his terms, through a mediator (cause he does not have an agent), to United. Reads roughly: - Club appoint a DoF with immediate effect. - Woodwood to stay out of football related matters. - And he has full control of who comes in and who goes out. - Plus some other bits and pieces Which is absolute fucking gold on his behalf - but almost certainly guarantees the Glazers never employ him

I heard the deal is done its just that Sporting want him this weekend for the game against Benfica (which in itself is a huge risk cause if he gets injured, we're screwed).
fee is agreed with it at 50 mill, going up to 65 (which honestly is very fair given we where being quoted anything up to around 75 million for him in the summer).
I like Bruno honestly, he'd give us some goal scoring and good passing to Rashford and Martial (thinking maybe a Lampard type player).
I still think we should be looking to go out and get Timo Werner though in the window, as good as Rashford is, let him develop behind Werner and then once he's ready, sell Werner off for like 200 mill to Real Madrid (cause you know damn well they will come for him the pricks).

Also apparently Laywin Kurzawa is expiring. I wouldn't mind us taking him on given Shaw's woeful form as of late, Kurzawa as a first choice LB wouldn't be bad at all.
Think i'm more amazed anyone was dumb enough to pay a fee for Ashley Young, even if its only like 1.3 million pounds. I'm not sure if Conte has watched how bad he is, he should be playing for a team like Derby County to be honest rather than Inter.

Bruno starts tonight and the match is on Freesports. Sky seem confident he’ll be off but Castles didn’t seem so sure
