and Mad Men is over. Such a good show. Seeing Don in his last vulnerable moment made me tear up a bit

The Wayward Pines pilot was alright, the plots been done before, bits of Prisoner and other shows. Still it's not too bad, watchable and intriguing.

GOT s5e6 I'm on board with most of the changes the show is making, but I really hate what they are doing with Dorn. Everything about that story line is so bad. It's cheesy, cliche, bad writing, bad acting... I was looking forward to seeing The Sandsnakes, but they are almost unwatchable. Dorn is like a really shitty episode of Zena Warrior Princess.

The Dorne storyline is shambles. They changed their purpose, left out the more interesting Dornish characters (Arianna and Quentyn), and did a poor job with casting. The actresses are trying too hard to capture Oberyn's accent.
I didn't like the Sand Snakes in the book. So I had low expectations for them in the show. They were actually worse than I expected.

GOT book/show whatever... I quite like the sandsnakes in the books. They're a bit cliche and one-dimensional, but I don't think we know enough about them to pass judgement. I remember thinking Jaime and Cersei were one-dimensional, but now they have been fully fleshed out they are two of the most interesting and complex characters in the series.
They are shockingly bad in the show, though. Obara especially. It's painfully obvious that Keisha Castle-Hughes is not a very good actress. She's was nominated for an oscar for Whale Rider, and she deserved it, but she was an 11 year old Maori girl playing an 11 year old Maori girl. It seems like that is the limit of her acting range.
All in all this season has been a disappointment so far

what happened? Have to say the actor portraying Theon is really good. One of the best in the series besides Peter Dinklage.

The guy that plays Theon has definitely upped it a notch.

I just hope Theon beat the shite out of Ramsey at the end of the series/book. Hopefully GRRM can develop the Theon character.

Just finished the last episode of Flash. Holy shit! Not only was that episode heartbreaking with all the goodbyes, but so unexpected. Ok, you can guess that he won't save his mom, but a wormhole? And a black hole afterwards?! The whole visualization of it was amazing and the twists in the story are turning this into my favorite show ever. Can't wait for the next season.
By the way, I saw some people saying that the helmet that fell through the wormhole was the one that the original Flash wears... has anyone read the comics?

Whoops shouldn't have read that. You must be further ahead than us, The Flash is a brilliant show, my favourite at the moment by a distance. Iris is even starting to grow on me. Has anyone heard of a light switch on Stalker, they are forever wandering around in the dark with the usual "Hello, is anyone there?".

Suddenly the sandsnakes became more interesting tonight on GOT...especially the youngest one. wow. Didn't expect that Jokes aside, I thought the recent episode was the best so far this season. Cercei is also getting what she deserved.

After barring dithering for half an hour the episode got into its usual flow and blew up, what did Wells mean about Cisco being affected by the explosion, is he another meta human. I certainly didn't see that ending coming from Eddie, then the black hole in the City.
I think Barry now realises he is The Flash and has to stand on his own two feet, he knew what he had to do. No idea on the helmet as likewise never read the comics.

Hannibal back in June, will make up for no Flash.
Might need to watch the last series to refresh my memory.
