Another great day for GB yesterday, up to third now in the medals.
Very impressive in the track cycling.

Gold in the track cycling from the women's team pursuit, absolutely smashed the U.S. It's been another great Olympics for team GB no matter what happens from now on in.

Mo Farah did it again! Great stuff.
Shame Ennis Hill and Rutherford couldn't replicate their 2012 missing out on the golds but still not bad. That Johnson Thompson has potential if she could throw the shot put and javelin.

Mo was awesome. Now today we've moved into 2nd in the medal table after 2 golds in the gymnastics and Rose winning the golf.
That's not to mention Murray to come in the tennis and a guaranteed gold and silver in the mens sprint on the track.

Murray got the gold, good match, kept twisting and turning as Del Potro gave it his all. Andy's serve was off and he kept making a load of errors but managed to get there in the end. If Delpo can stay injury free he could be a contender for the slams.
Bolt took the 100m Gold though he was slower than last time

The tennis final was a great match, good to see Andy bringing home another gold for GB&NI. Good night/morning of athletics as well, Bolt was awesome as usual but the South African in the 400m breaking Michael Johnson's World Record was the best performance of the day and one of the best of the Olympics so far.

It was nice to hear Michael Johnson's comments that this South African guy could go even lower and break the barrier even he could not. Sportsmanship at its best.

Yeah Michael Johnson is a good guy. It's a real coup for the BBC that he covers our Athletics at every major event, one of the sport's all time greats.
He said ultimately he's now a fan of athletics so he gets excitement out of seeing these guys breaking world records, even if they are breaking his!

Haven't got a clue how it works. Strangely mesmerising at the same time. Gymnastics on now.
I like a bit of gymnastics, reminds me of me when I was younger.

I love that every four years the Olympics gets me watching sports I would never normally think about watching. Including horse dancing
