To be fair, Iceland are a good side who have team spirit, work ethic, pride and unity. Bit like Leicester. We were always up against it....

Let's see what France do against them ............................... still this morning can't actually believe what we watched last night ................ Rumour has it that Alan Shearer wants the job ? Former England striker Gary Lineker (@garylineker) said: "The worst defeat in our history. England beaten by a country with more volcanoes than professional footballers. Well played Iceland."

Yeah he said on MOTD that he'd have it and has asked previously but got snubbed
Like he'd do any better really, he relegated his beloved Newcastle.

I want to say that I'm sad about England crashing out of the Euros, but it's so hilarious that a team made of barely professional players kicks you out that I can't even pretend. I do feel bad for you as fans though and all the people that travelled to watch that match and support their team.
I am curious to see how Iceland would do in the next stages. It feels like they've slipped through the cracks so far but the next match would be a true test of their ability.
On the bright side, Rashford got some England experience and left an overall good impression

England manager - who would you choose? www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/36781992Sam AllardyceEngland have tried Capello, tried Hodgson, even tried Sven. Here's an idea - why don't they try someone who simply gets the job done. Give him a target and he'll deliver. It's written in the stars

Good move for me. He'll instil a bit of passion in these guys and get them playing in a more English way, which is what we should be doing.

Goalkeepers: Fraser Forster (Southampton), Joe Hart (Manchester City), Tom Heaton (Burnley).
Defenders: Gary Cahill (Chelsea), Nathaniel Clyne (Liverpool), Phil Jagielka (Everton), Danny Rose (Tottenham Hotspur), Luke Shaw (Manchester United), Chris Smalling (Manchester United), John Stones (Manchester City), Kyle Walker (Tottenham Hotspur).
Midfielders: Dele Alli (Tottenham Hotspur), Michail Antonio (West Ham United), Eric Dier (Tottenham Hotspur), Danny Drinkwater (Leicester City), Jordan Henderson (Liverpool), Adam Lallana (Liverpool), Wayne Rooney (Manchester United), Raheem Sterling (Manchester City), Theo Walcott (Arsenal).
Strikers: Harry Kane (Tottenham Hotspur), Daniel Sturridge (Liverpool), Jamie Vardy (Leicester City).
Think he's been true to word there and has selected club regulars. Pleased to see Antonio when used right on the wing he can be a beast.
Perhaps someone like Curtis Davies can count themselves unlucky.
