I remember a Rooney hat trick, 2 crackers from Ashley Young, Nani with a Cantona type finish and Welbeck scoring a close range header but i'm not sure on the 8th. Cleverley?

Yep, your numbers are wrong but I didn't ask that so you're fine. Arsenal won it on 02, 03, 05 (still don't know how) and 14, Chelsea in 00, 07, 09, 10 and 12. Was just trying to think how far back I could go remembering cup winners off the top of my head, got as far as '93. I'm a typical modern fan  Football began with the Premier League. |

Was probably in the middle 90s when Blackburn were spending money like crazy so I'd say Sutton or Shearer?
