Bingo! United won the league with a record that would've got you 5th last season.

Don't think that record will ever be broken. Although with the state of premier league football the last couple of seasons you just never know.
How many teams have won the premiership 3 seasons running and in what years?

Just United - 99-01 and 07-09. Nobody has ever done it four times in a row even going back pre-Premier League, which is why 2010 was so fucking annoying, we should've put Chelsea away.
Who are the only team to have done the League and Cup double both pre and post Premier League?

Let's start with the obvious ones. Shearer, Solsjaer, Van Persie, Van Nistelrooy (happy? Happier now I've corrected the spelling) Fowler, Ian Wright, Suarez, Berbatov, Owen, Rooney, Henry, Bergkamp, Cole, Yorke, Tevez, Sutton, Sheringham, Les Ferdinand, Anelka, Adebayor, Torres, Defoe, Drogba, Aguero, Gerrard, Robbie Keane, Philips, Demba Ba, Lampard, Cantona and Gascoigne? Miscounted, there's actually 47, all the player's who've score 2 are joint-31st on the list. All right apart from Bergkamp, Gascoigne and Cantona, surprisingly. 19 remain, most look hard to get, although two are United players.
