Yeah, when I say it hasn't cost me anything I mean the compensation puts me £300 up. They put some unfair charges on my account over a space of time, which did get taken out, they also took an age to sort the issue and people kept forgetting to do certain things. Then they refunded all the charges as well as giving me £300. I just over played how much "stress" they have caused me
