Strange choice for me. They'd have been better with someone who knew the league from a managerial point of view and had experience of a relegation battle. They've got a shit squad that needs someone to make them solid and hard to beat, so they can nick enough victories to survive. I'd have been looking at Nigel Pearson personally.

wow i feel bad but i can't help but laugh at the same time, i mean they are just above the relegation zone with only 1 win out of 9.

He's officially been sacked now. Needs to come back to England or maybe even try and get 1 of the bigger jobs in Scotland. Still no doubt he can do a job for a club at the right level. You'd imagine he'd be one of the first names on the list if a prem club was to sack their manager (outside the top 5 or 6 clubs)

Lambert taking over at Blackburn. they're going down, i mean he isn't that bad but Blackburn seems to be a lot like Villa in terms of how the dealings work, just that even bigger idiots are running it there unless he has nearly full control of transfers he isn't going to do any good

Leeds are more like the sleeping giants. Let them sleep. Wouldn't want another club to compete against us.

Not sure giants would be the correct term. They won't be competing with us anytime soon.
