Escape at Dannemora is very good.
True Detective series 3 has started, hopefully it’s better than the last one and it will be interesting to see where they take series 2 of Tin Star.

Funny you mention that. Just about to watch my first ever ep of Tin Star, starting at series 2 ep1. Will report back after.

Finished Tin Star, one or two episodes were a bit slow moving but overall it was a good and enjoyable season. Not quite up there with the first season but Roth’s Jim/Jack character was still on top form.
Partridge is back tonight.

Finished True Detective, I did enjoy it as it went along but the outcome was incredibly predictable and the finale was weak. Made them look like shoddy detectives.

The season finale of True Detective went straight over my head. I was hoping for an explanation at the end

Chernobyl is brutal but brilliant. Pretty weird seeing so many British actors though including Trevor from Enders.

Chernobyl is brutal but brilliant. Pretty weird seeing so many British actors though including Trevor from Enders. Finished it last night , very good show. The death was not pretty for the people there at the time, especially the fireman who was one of the first responders. They were just melted alive.

Warrior is pretty good, based on a story by Bruce Lee about Chinatown wars in the 1870’s. Has some great fight scenes, recommend it.
Finished Killing Eve, bit meh this second series as it was pretty much a repeat of the first but it’s worth it for Comer and the humour and charm was still there.

If you haven't watched the Manchester City documentary all or nothing then I'd fully recommend it. It shows how a top club should be run. Right down from the owner to the tea lady.
Now watching Sunderland till I die. What a bunch of cnuts there are at that club which is why they're now in free fall.

Brendan! How are you fella His Dark Materials is pretty good, based on Pullman’s books which I read when I was younger, good family show that’s not shit. The girl from Logan plays the lead and does good job. War or Worlds is alright too, first ep was a little slow to get going but once the tripods show up it livens up.
