The fact we've won 5 games in a row and there's barely been a positive word said by the cockmunchers on Soccer Saturday.

Yeah, watching it too, all they can say is we are lucky....pricks. To be expected from Southampton and Arsenal pundits who should have beaten us this season and we won those games and a scouser who we play tomorrow.

The fact a guy who monotonously drives around a track x amount of times and relies heavily on the quality of his car to win races and championships has won Sports Personality of the Year over a guy who's won 2 major golf titles as well as being in the winning Ryder cup team, also winning a few other titles in between, all on the back of his own ability.. What a load of shite!

Yeah, they should rename the award as the British guy who takes part in the sport you prefer award because Hamilton and Rory's achievements this year aren't even comparable for me. Golf is so much more competitive than F1, every week Rory is playing tournaments with 120+ other guys with the majority of them being good enough to win and he's managed to win 2 majors, 2 other titles, topped the European order of merit, would've topped the US one if the Fedex Cup wasn't so fucking stupid and was part of the winning Ryder Cup team. Stick Hamilton in an average car and not even one of the worst and he'd struggle to win a race.
Hamilton is dull as shit as well, Rory actually comes over like he's got a personality.

People who constantly tell little petty white lies. You know the sort of people.. say they've done something you've done just for the sake of it. Or make little things up and over exaggerate things just to make themselves seem a little bit more interesting. Don't get me wrong, everyone tells little white lies every once in a while, I tend to throw one out there if I don't want to do something or go somewhere but jesus some of the shit guys come out with would make you think they were about 13. My favourite one I was told recently is someone proclaiming their Nan had won £50k on the lottery and spent it within a week. Clearly never happened, why make it up?

I knew someone like that who apparently got like six ipods from different family members for his birthday once, and he had no idea what to do with them. He must have come from a rich family with no creativity, or who all happen to work in an Apple store

Liars in general really, I never had fuck all when I was a kid and never felt the need to say anything different. It actually helped/inspired me to get what my family and I have today.

sometimes, it's necessary for us to lie to get away from a sticky situation. i.e you feel the other party is lying

Would you say you were from a real rough background as a youngster? I wouldn't sat really terribly rough, we weren't impoverished or anything but we certainly weren't priviliged either. A tough working class area, although working class area meant something different in the early 70's ad to what they are nowadays. It was a lot rougher in those days where work was sometimes scarce and lowpaid, but we got by.
